Biggest Accounting Challenges for Small Businesses

The Small Business Accounting Report survey, commissioned by small business productivity provider Wasp Barcode Technologies, identified the state of small business accounting with a specific focus on accounting challenges, staffing, and taxes. Following are some of the findings:

52% feel they pay too much in taxes, or are undecided, but 62% of small businesses don't blame accountants for the tax amount they pay.

Companies with 11 to 25 employees say they are 83% satisfied with their accountant's services. Companies with greater than 25 employees say they are 91% satisfied.
